Orders and Shipping

Your orders usually take 1-3 days to process. And ship to your door by air about 6-10 workdays.

We always treat every customer and every transaction sincerely, if you order from our company, you can ask us to provide you with photos of the items shipped and a shipping label,and also check tracking information on the USP/FedEx site. If you haven’t received the item within 40 days, we will resend your order

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper left corner of the website. You can create a personal account by entering your data under “Register as a new customer”. You can also create an account when placing an order. To do this, click on “Checkout” after placing the products in the shopping cart. On the page entitled “Your Addresses”, you will find the option “Create a customer account”. Here you will be asked to set a password for your customer account. This will automatically create a customer account for you. You can learn more about the security of your data in our privacy policy.

When the product is still in my country, we support modifying the order location. Please contact customer service in time.

As soon as your order is registered in our systems and one of our trusted logistics partners has been assigned by us, you will receive a confirmation email for the delivery of the package to the carrier. This includes a tracking number that allows you to track the status of the delivery by the carrier at any time.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t always go according to plan so we have made this Refund/Replacement Policy for you! The refund process can be initiated within 30 days of your receipt of the items, please contact us by email and include your order number in the email.

If you receive the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs and resend you the correct product.

If you receive an order that is damaged or unsatisfactory, please choose to return it within 7 days.

When you choose to return the product, our customer service will inform you of the return address.

If you enter an incorrect address, please change your order immediately.

If you regret your purchase immediately after, please notify us within 5 hours on Facebook or by email and we will give you a full refund if we have not yet shipped your order.

 

When the product you like is sold out, you can leave your contact information and we will contact you as soon as the product is restocked.
