Why can't my order be found?

If you do not know your online order number, please contact our customer service for assistance. It is best to provide the email or address you used when placing your order so that customer service can find your order as quickly as possible.

My order says it was delivered but wasn't where is it?

Occasionally, packages are marked ‘delivered’ before they’re dropped off. In the meantime, please look around the surrounding area or contact your neighbors in case it was misdelivered. If it was not, please let us know so we may also escalate this with USPS/FedEx.

How do I return clothes, bags or shoes for exchange?

We’ve made returns easy. If you would like to return an item for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order.

lf you refund only the goods from the original order, or do you refund the shipping l pay on the original order?

tristylehub will also refund the original shipping fee if you return the entire order for a refund.
